YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

Operational Procurement

• Order management/maintaining order bills of materials

• Quotations: obtaining, negotiating, raising complaints

• Monitoring delivery dates

• Work preparation

Strategic Procurement

• Developing and implementing product group and procurement strategies

• Analysing and evaluating international procurement markets

• Identifying and qualifying new suppliers

• Contract negotiations

• Establishing and maintaining supplier partnerships

• Cost and quality optimisation and value analyses

Purchasing Team Leadership

• Leading and developing a small team

• Managing and optimising procurement processes

• Defining and monitoring procurement key performance indicators

• Taking responsibility for cost, quality and delivery targets

WHAT CONVINCES US

Professional Qualifications

• A successfully completed degree in a technical or business discipline, or alternatively technical vocational training supplemented by further business training

• Practical experience in technical procurement

• Proficiency in operational and strategic procurement

• Experience in price and contract negotiations

• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS 365

• Fluent in spoken and written English
